It is always great to meet your old friends from your high school. It is always a good feeling to see familiar faces, and it keeps you feeling young at heart, doesn't it? Last week, a decent friend and classmate of mine from Indiana School For The Deaf came down to Florida from Illinois. He visited Walt Disney World with his family. I did not hesitate to pay my friend a visit. It was wonderful to catch up and chat about our old times. Our deaf world is so small that we are regularly thrilled by every deaf person we see or meet. We constantly take every chance to see our deaf friends and make every time worth our while! I have always yearned to look for events, places, and make efforts to meet my deaf friends. It is just pleasurable for my spirits!!! I will be meeting another decent deaf friend in the coming May. I am looking forward to it! This month is Deaf Awareness Month. It's a wonderful time to socialize and meet old/new friends! Be sure to make an opportunity for yourself this month and celebrate the purpose of it! =-) Go on and explore and enjoy yourself!
