So the first few days back to working has been intersting, excited and all new.... it has been hard, in the way of getting back to "normal" working hours - after a year and some not being getting up early in the morning to leave home, being in a working place for 37 hours a week - meeting the new co-workers and get to know them. Also the enegy to show you want the job as well get up to speed on the task you have been hired to do. However the new co-workers I have now, has all been kind and reminded to allow the time to get into the tast of the job.
After all this time having my own time and such, it is a bit hard getting used to the lesser spare time.... don't get me wrong, I am happy being back to working, I just realised how much I used time on my photos and such... it helped me going....
So the question is, with so many out of work lately, is there patience and understanding from workplaces that those who may not be as quick to pick up on the new job, to be allowed time to get into the new job routines after a long time away from the working area? Or is the demand for getting into the working area harder these days, now so many are in line to get the job?
How do you handle getting back on the working marked?
